We are shortening our conditioning to 30 mins per practice. This means we start at 8:00 on Tuesdays and 7:00 on Thursday nights.
We are off for the Christmas break. Our next practice is Thursday, 3 January @ 7:00. Have a great holiday and see you then!
We are training 2 teams this year. One 15s team and one 17s team. Congratulations to those that won a spot on one of our rosters!
